For beginners, moving about the room can be quite difficult, but there’s an immensely fun way to ride a ponyboy without him moving from his spot. With lady on his back as described the ponyboy is to rock backwards, almost re-assuming the prone position. With his face parallel to the ground, and his nose grazing the carpet, the pony shifts his weight forward staying low until his hands a back under his shoulders. At this point his pushes his shoulders up, until his elbows are locked. Finally he rocks back into the prone position. Repeat this motion several times sommothly it’s called “the wave” and it’s quite a workout for the male, but it always makes the lady rider smile because it’s just like riding a mechanical bull!
